Yes. I had the Railgun pipe ready, but by popular demands, I erased it.
Now in its spot is the Green Fireball. You find Luigi's Hat and when collected, it replaces your original fireball. Luigi's green fireball is 2xs faster, and nearly 3xs strong than the original.
